How come my omellet turned brown instead of golden yellow?
Just made my ground chicken omellete with potatoes carrots and eggs and flour instead of bread crumbs when i fried omelettes turned brown instead of golden yellow
I think the pan was probably too hot so it cooked to fast. Try it on a lower temp
